1. Introduction

1.1 My Finance Tracker is a trading style of Greystone Tech Ltd, a company registered in the UK, Number 10619245. Our Registered office address is Merlin House No.1 Langstone Business Park Priory Drive, Langstone, Newport, Wales, NP18 2HJ.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions relate to your use of the myfinancetracker.co.uk website and the ‘Services’ available on the myfinancetracker.co.uk website. These Terms and Conditions also apply where you access our services via an authorised Third Party.

1.3 Our contract with you is governed by the terms set out here.

1.4 We intend to rely on these Terms and Conditions. You will be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions when you use our Website and Service. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully, If you do not understand any point please contact us.

1.5 We advise you to print these Terms and Conditions and keep a copy for your future reference.


2.1 We will not be responsible to you if an unauthorised access to your account or unauthorised activity on the websites occurs as a result of your sign in details becoming known by someone else, unless this is directly caused by our negligence.

2.2 You should contact us as soon as possible if you believe that anyone has obtained your login details without your permission or if you become aware of any other breach of security on the Websites. We will not be responsible to you if there is unauthorised access to your login details or unauthorised activity on the Websites as a result of your login details becoming known by someone else, unless this is due to our negligence.

3. Services

3.1 Our Service is as described on our Website and/or, where you access our Services via an authorised Third Party Website.

3.2 Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply to any Services you request on or are provided to you from, the Websites, which include trial Services, free Services and those for which we make a charge.

3.3 For services provided by third parties, separate terms and conditions will apply.

3.4 When you request a Service a binding legal contract is formed between you and us on the earlier to occur of:
3.4.1 when we receive your payment; and
3.4.2 when we make the Service available.

3.5 If you make a mistake when requesting a Service please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct the error.

4. Trial Services

4.1 Trials are made available at our discretion and may not be available for all Services.

4.2 The trial period is 5 days.

4.3 You can cancel the Trial at any time during the Trial period. For free Trials, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit from us.

4.4 If you do not cancel at the end of your Trial period and if you receive a subscription service, then your access to the Services will automatically continue on a subscription basis and you will be charged £27.40 monthly for the Service until any time.

5. Third Party Assignment

5.1 We may assign this agreement to a third party service provider who will provide the same, or very similar, services to that which this agreement refers. If so, we will inform you by email before any such assignment takes place. Any assignment will be at no additional cost, fee or exposure to you and the terms offered by the assignee will be identical to the ones offered by us when this agreement was executed.

5.2 We will ensure that, in the event of any assignment, all third party service providers thereafter are compliant with their obligations towards you as initially agreed and that your data is kept per all legal requirements and that you are not deprived of all procedures for complaints and other recourses that you were originally entitled to under this agreement.

5.3 In the event of this agreement being assigned to a third party, the assignee will not require any action whatsoever from you. It is our duty to notify you of any assignment and transfer. However, once the assignment has been completed, the assignee will correspond with you from that point onwards. Any further assignees will carry the same obligations.

5.4 Any assignee will have the full rights afforded by this agreement.


6.1 The prices on the Websites are checked regularly to ensure that they are correct. We may change the prices from time to time. If you are a subscriber to a subscription Service, we will notify you in advance of any price changes that will affect your future payments by e-mail or by posting a notice on the relevant Website and we advise you to regularly check the Websites for any such notices.

6.2 The prices for Services indicated on our Websites include all taxes, including VAT, which may be payable in respect of the Services. All payments taken will be in pounds Sterling.

6.3 Certain payments for Services must be made in advance by credit or debit card using the payment facilities on the Websites.

6.4 To ensure the security of your payment card details, you agree that we can use the services of a secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) that will hold your card details generally and on our behalf, or any subsequent assignees subject to clause 5. All references to “us” or “we” in this clause 6 refer to the PSP and us where applicable. The PSP undertakes to comply with all data protection and data disposal in accordance with all legal requirements. To facilitate the processing of payments and repayments you authorise us to securely pass your charge, credit and debit card details to a PSP and for them to be retained.

6.5 Subscription service payments must be made by credit or debit card using the payment facilities on the Website. By giving us your payment details you agree that we have continuing authority to take subscription payments from your payment card account until you or we end the Services. We may stop providing the Services without notice to you if at any time we are unable to obtain payment using the details you provided.

6.6 We will debit 49p from your card for identity verification purposes.

6.7 If your monthly subscription charge of £27.40 is declined we will immediately take 49p in order to validate your card details and cover the cost of search and administration. Should both of these attempts fail we will continue to attempt to collect the monthly subscription fee of £27.40 at regular intervals until successful. Should the 49p validation payment be successful we will continue to attempt to collect the remainder of the subscription fee of £27.40 at regular intervals until achieved.

6.8 The credit or debit cards we accept for payment are shown on the Website.

6.9 It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment details you provide are correct and complete. We are not responsible for supplying Services if the details you submit are incorrect or incomplete.

6.10 No payment will be deemed to have been made, until we have cleared funds and we may choose not to provide Services until we receive payment in full.

6.11 We are not responsible for any overdraft or ‘over the limit’ charges or bank fees if your payment card account or facility contains insufficient credit or funds when we take payment for the Services.

6.12 Please note we may receive commission and fees from certain third parties who advertise on or are linked to the Websites or as a result of you having purchased products and/or services. All such commission and fees shall be retained in full by us.

6.13 In the event that you proceed to purchase a product or service from a third party, the charges and payment terms will be subject to that third party’s relevant terms and conditions.

6.14 If the event that this agreement is assigned to a third party service provider, you hereby authorise that the secure PSP that has received your payment card details securely can use those details to collect payment for the services on behalf of the assignee.

6.15 In accepting these terms and conditions you agree for the purchase and delivery of the services provided for in this agreement and any services delivered by a subsequent assignee to be paid via the secure PSP arrangement as detailed in this agreement.


7.1 We will endeavour to provide the Websites and the Services with reasonable care and skill and to ensure that the Services are substantially as described on the Websites and in these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 While we try to ensure that the Websites are functioning correctly, this may not always be achievable. We do not guarantee that the Websites or Services will be available all the time or at any specific time. They may be temporarily suspended if our computer systems used to provide the Websites or Services are under repair or maintenance or are otherwise unavailable.

7.3 We take steps to ensure that the Websites and Our Material are free from computer viruses and other harmful computer programs. However, we cannot guarantee this due to the nature of the Internet. You are advised to use appropriate firewall and antivirus software to protect your computer and data.

7.4 We use reasonable skill and care in the sourcing and supply of the information, which is made available to you in connection with the Websites or Services. However, in the case of the information we obtain the third party sources, we cannot guarantee that any of that information is correct accurate, complete, error free or up to date.

7.5 Nothing provided by us on or in connection with the Websites or Services is, or shall be deemed to constitute financial, legal or other advice. The information we provide is not intended to be relied on by you in making and specific decision or to replace independent professional advice. Any and all information provided by us on or in connection with the Website is for general information purposes only.

7.6 Except for the commitments we expressly make in these Terms and Conditions and any additional commitments arising out of our consumer rights granted by law, we do not make any other commitments or warranties about the Websites or the Services.


8.1 We take your privacy very seriously and we comply with the relevant provisions of UK data protection legislation. We will use any information given to us by you or collected by us during your use of the Websites and Services only in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy.

8.2 Please be aware that we may record telephone calls you make to our call centres for training, audit and quality purposes.

8.3 In agreeing these terms you consent for us to send your payment information to a PSP third party for them to store, use or transfer the data as per terms agreed. We will further ensure that any subsequent assignee that has access to your data has committed to the same degree of data protection that is legally required and offered by us to you, that the data is kept in Europe and regulated in compliance with the European Directive on Data protection (Directive 95/46/EC) and any other applicable laws as the case may be.


9.1 You are permitted to access and make personal non-commercial use of the Websites, Our Material and Third Party content we make available on the Website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not impinge upon our intellectual property rights or those of third parties. Any access or use other than that which is personal non-commercial must expressly agreed by us in writing and in advance. We do not give you permission to do anything with the Websites except to browse their contents and use and Services we make available to you.

9.2 You must take care not to anything that could harm the Website or the computer systems, which host the Website. You must not do anything that restricts or inhibits the use and enjoyment of the Website by other users.

9.3 You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data submitted to the Websites is true and accurate and free from viruses and other harmful code.

9.4 The Website contains content, which is made available to us and by third parties. All information delivered to you in the course of the Services and all intellectual property rights in Third Party content being to the relevant Third Party or their licensors.

9.5 None of Our Material or the Third Party Content contained in the Websites may be reproduced or redistributed without our prior written permission, except that you may download or print a single copy for your own personal non commercial use.


10.1 If you chose to cancel your subscription for the Services, you may be entitled to receive a refund. If however you have not paid a fee for use of myfinancetracker.co.uk Services (i.e. you have been offered a Trial), you will have no entitlement to a refund.

10.2 If you contact us to cancel the Services provided by email within 14 days of signing up on the site (as is your statutory right) then you must send your email to contact@myfinancetracker.co.uk. It is important to include all of the relevant information we need to identify your subscription and allow us to cancel it.

10.3 Once we have received this information we will cancel your subscription.

10.4 Should you wish to discuss anything about your subscription before cancelling it or would if you would like to discuss the cancellation of your subscription over the telephone please call us on our Customers Services number provided.

10.5 If you wish to cancel your Services but you are not longer within the statutory timeframe to do so then you should contact Customers Services to discuss the cancellation. When we have taken your call we will then cancel your Services from the end of the month we speak to you.

10.6 We may cancel your subscription to the myfinancetracker.co.uk Services by giving you notice provided that such termination will not take effect until the end of the current membership month.

10.7 If your monthly subscription has been cancelled previously, by you or by myfinancetracker.co.uk, and you re-register for another or the same myfinancetracker.co.uk Service, you will pay the fee applicable to the Services provided at the time of re-registration.

10.8 If your subscription has ended we may contact you to invite you to re-register for the same or different myfinancetracker.co.uk. Any such invitation gives you the opportunity to unsubscribe from being contacted again.


11.1 For further information about your legal rights and how they may be affected by these Terms and Conditions including this section, we advise you to contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau. We urge you however if you experience any difficulties with this website to contact us directly and we will ensure we deal with your issues.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our fraud, any other matter which, it would be illegal for us to exclude or limit or to attempt to exclude or limit our liability, or our duties or liability under the FMSA.

11.3 We are not responsible to you for losses, which you suffer due to any events beyond our reasonable control.

11.4 We are not responsible to you for losses which you suffer which are not directly caused by our actions (or our failure to act)

11.5 Unless we have been negligent then we are not responsible to you and damage caused to any hardware or software used to access, use or downloads the Services

11.6 We are not responsible for any losses you suffer under any contract you have with a third party through which your access to the Services and any Website is arranged or paid for.

11.7 Except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, our aggregate liability to you coming out of or in connection with each Service shall not exceed
(1) £75 or
(2) if you pay a subscription fee for the relevant Service, the then current annual fee for that Service or monthly fee x 12 if that amount is greater than £75.

11.8 Our liability to you shall not include the following business losses that you may incur the business data, lost profits, lost earnings, business interruption or reduction in the value of an asset.


12.1 Sometimes, because of changes to the Websites or Services, changes in the law or our arrangements with third parties; we may have to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.

13. Complaints

13.1 We always aim to provide you with the best possible standard of service, but in the unlikely event that you have cause to complain about any of our services, our contact details can be found on our website myfinancetracker.co.uk.

13.2 Complaints will be addressed, processed and responded to within 30 working days. If further information is required to complete the investigation of any complaint, we will make you aware of it. Please note that if the information is not supplied to us within 15 days from the request date, we will understand that you decided to withdraw the complaint.

13.3 You agree not to submit the same complaint more than once.

14. Additional Information

14.1 The Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and us and form the entire agreement between us. No one except you and us has any right to enforce these Terms and Conditions by virtue of the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 1999.

14.2 You may not transfer any or all of the rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions to any other person.

14.3 We may in our discretion discontinue or modify any of the Websites or Services at any time. We will try to ensure that any such discontinuation or modification does not materially adversely affect the nature of the Services provided to you.

14.4 All communication between us will be conducted in English.

14.5 Any notices we send to you will be sent to the most recent email address or postal address provided to us by you.

14.6 English law applies to these Terms and Conditions. If any disputes arise between you and us in relation to these Terms and Conditions and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in the English Courts unless you reside in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, in which case you may do so in the courts of the country in which you reside.
