If you need any help with your cancellation, call us on 0333 311 0106.
Sign in to My Finance Tracker. Enter your email and password and hit the ‘Sign In’ button. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgotten my password’ link and we'll send you an email to reset your password.
Once you’ve signed in, go to your ‘My Profile’ page and click the button that reads ‘Cancel Account’.
After selecting the ‘Cancel Account’ button, just select ‘Yes, please cancel my account’ to confirm your request and you will not be charged for your subscription again.
