My Finance Tracker is an online product created to give you the tools you need to keep your money safe, help you manage your budget, assist you in building up your savings and teach you how to increase your income, all in one place. Your subscription allows you to add all your bank and credit card accounts together so you can track them all in one intuitive dashboard. Once you have added your accounts to My Finance Tracker, we sort all of your transactions and bank accounts and alert you to any suspicious activity, allowing you to act quickly to protect your money.
To sign in to My Finance Tracker, click here and insert the username and password provided to you during signup.
When you first sign up to My Finance Tracker, you will be directed to the add account wizard. The wizard will show you step by step how to add your accounts. Simply select your bank or credit card provider and enter your online banking login credentials. You can add as many additional accounts as you want, once you’ve become a My Finance Tracker subscriber. To do so, simply click on ‘Add Bank Account’ in your dashboard to access the add account wizard from there.
If you can’t remember your password, all you need to do is click here, then click the ‘Forgotten password?’ link and we will send you an email containing your password so you can regain access to your account.
After you signed in to your My Finance Tracker account successfully, go to your My Profile page to enter a new password. Your password change will be effective immediately.
After your 5 day free trial, you will be charged a monthly fee of £27.40 for your subscription to My Finance Tracker. You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again once you do.
The most common errors that occur when adding your bank accounts can usually be resolved if you try to re-add the account. At My Finance Tracker, we take your security very seriously and we make sure that our technology is as secure as possible. We use SSL encryption on all of our services and do not have access to or store any of your online banking credentials. All of the banking information you enter in the add account wizard is processed by a 3rd party with over 15 years of industry experience and the highest standard of security available. No matter where you use our website, your information is extremely secure.
To cancel your subscription to My Finance Tracker, sign in to your account, go to your My Profile page and click on the ‘Cancel Account’ button. Then, select ‘Yes, please cancel my account’ to confirm your cancellation request. Once your account has been successfully cancelled, you will not be charged again.
My Finance Tracker is a monthly subscription service. When you sign up, you agree to pay a monthly fee of £27.40. You are welcome to cancel your account anytime without penalty. Once you have cancelled your account, you will not be charged again. You will not, however, receive a refund for the subscription fees you have paid up until that point.

Your bank is quite right in informing you to take care of your login information to prevent fraud and to prevent your login information from being used in the wrong way. My Finance Tracker simply provides you with a secure service to assist you in protecting and managing your money. Some banks acknowledge the benefits of aggregation services in their Terms and Conditions and are happy to permit aggregation. Others do not, but this does not necessarily mean they do not want you to aggregate your accounts.
